He is survived by: his wife Betty Teal Bowden; and his siblings, Eddie Bowden (Penny), Amy Campbell (Ed), Sterling Bowden (Cynthia) and Kenneth Bowden.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the J. C. Green & Sons Funeral Home (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Jc Green & Sons Chapel (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360).
