He was predeceased by: his parents, Rozier Lee Spivey and Blanchie Soles Spivey; and his siblings, Tootsie, Karen, Herman and Thurman.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Powers Spivey; his sons, Michael Spivey (Angie), Derrick "Scooby" Spivey and Bradley Spivey (Lorrie, JR); his sisters, Carol and Tina; his grandchildren, Amy, Darin, Ryan, Ashlyn, Jordan, Madison, Reese, Pyper, Macy, Shallon, Kirk, Julia, Riley, Brayden, Kaylin and Camden; and his great grandchildren, Boston, Baydin, Avie, Rosie, Karsyn, Reagan, Emmy, Cole, Saylor, Harper, Aria and Adeline. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
