He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Gene Bell and Mary Nell Alexander Bell; his brother Michael Bell; and his grandmother Lois Bell. He is survived by: his wife Penny Ridge; his daughters, Sara Bell Parrish of Wilmington, NC and Allison Grace Bell (Marco Ciccia) of Italy; and his grandchildren, Eva Parrish and Dax Parrish.
