William Hiatt Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of William Hiatt of Thomasville, North Carolina. William, born on March 6, 1929, passed away on July 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Will Hiatt and Elizabeth Payne Hiatt of Davidson County; his wife Betty Jean Hiatt; and his siblings, Charles, Mable and Lousie.

He is survived by: his children, Sharon Milller (John) of Apex and Brian Hiatt (Julie) of Concord; his grandchildren, Heather Miller, Jeremy Miller, Andrew Hiatt (Kathleen) and Erin Hiatt (Dalton); his great grandchildren, Bryson, Chase and Bella Miller; and his sisters, Mary Frances Johnson and Peggy Shuler (Bud). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
