She is survived by: her daughter Janice Ellis; her son-in-law Billy Ellis; and her grandson Taylor Ellis (Stephanie).
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Memorial Gardens (3712 Cheek Rd, Durham, NC 27703).
