It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Basil Jones of Todd, North Carolina, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Daniel Rubin; and his siblings, Paul, Howard, Shirley, Thelma and Mattie.

He is survived by : his wife Joann Jones; his sons, Greg Jones (Jennifer) of Todd and Galen Jones of Lansing; his sister Betty Nell of Greensboro; and his grandchildren, Trevor, Adam, Katelyn and Kaleb. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
