She was predeceased by : her parents, Arl Hollars and Eula Richardson Hollars; her husband Leo D'Agostino; her sons, Lenny and Randall Jeffery; her brother David; her sister-in-law Lorraine Hollars; and also Louise.

She is survived by : her children, Sandy Wilcox (James), Arlene Barnes, Andrea Hitt (Earl), Jeff D'Agostino (Sheila) and Steven D'Agostino (Melinda); her sister Arlene; her brother-in-law Larry Cook; and her niece Amanda Mareno.
