He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Crisp Mashburn; his spouse Alomia R. Mashburn; his daughter Stephanie Mashburn; and his brothers, Rob and Raymond Mashburn.
He is survived by: his father Jess A. Mashburn; his children, Lavetta Roper (Scott) of Robbinsville and Mike Mashburn (Kelley) of Knoxville, Tennessee; his siblings, Sandra Gilliam of Hilton Head and Lynn Mashburn (Pam) of Andrews; his grandchildren, Kayla Spencer (Jeremy), Lindsey Burke (Lance), Jerri Anna Roper, Hunter Mashburn (Elizabeth), Morgan Mashburn, Evan Mashburn, Dakoda Silvers and Brady Jenkins; and his great grandchildren, Kynadee, Kambell, Jess Spencer, Loxley, Lennox Burke and John Luke Mashburn. He is also survived by his family as a wonderful father and grandfather.
