It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benny Rex Billings of Traphill, North Carolina, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Dewey Billings and Myrtle Pruitt Billings; his wife Linda Carol Cheek Billings; and his siblings, Arkie Crabb, Dorothy Holcomb, Hurley Billings, Elmer Billings and Everette "Buck" Billings.

He is survived by : his son Benjamin Billings (Kayla) of Traphill; his grandchildren, Shaylen Billings and Brayden Billings; and his sisters, Rheo McBride of Winston-Salem and Ella Byrd of Lexington.
