It is with sadness that the passing of Edna Jane Bauguess Brown of Traphill, North Carolina is shared. Edna Jane, born on July 27, 1940, passed away on September 23, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Bauguess and Dossie Jane Casey Bauguess; her husband Albert Brown; her son Darrell Brown; and her brothers, Leon Bauguess and Lester Bauguess.

She is survived by: her siblings, Ted Bauguess Jr. (JoAnn) of Elkin, Steven Bauguess (Pat) of Elkin, Tommy Bauguess of Elkin, Tony Bauguess (Joyce) of Elkin and Barbara Ann Norman (Bobby) of Thurmond. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bauguess Family Cemetery.
