She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Bauguess and Alice Greenwood Bauguess; her spouse Cecil Blevins; her children, Rebecca Ann Billings and Danny Odell Blevins; and her siblings, Ruth Bauguess, Bertha Brown, Frances Lankford, Bessie Bauguess, Dorothy Bauguess and Johnny Bauguess.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Smith (Wesley) of Elkin; her grandchildren, Olivia Bollinger (Brett) of Lenoir, Julian Billings of Traphill, Danielle Blevins (Robbie Brown) of Traphill and Shanna Steelman (Jason) of Advance; her great grandchildren, Jonathan Teague of Lenoir, Chelsea Testerman (Tommy) of Traphill, Caelen Mahan of Traphill, Hailey Narvaez (David) of Lakeland, Jacob Steelman of Advance and Addalyn Steelman of Advance; her great great grandchildren, Emma Testerman of Traphill and Baby Narvaez of Lakeland, Florida; her pet Ace; and her brother Beale Bauguess (Linda) of De Pere, Wisconsin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Traphill Baptist Church (11858 Austin Traphill Rd, Traphill, NC 28685). A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
