She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Mae and Jasper Sparks; her sister Lorene Simmons; and her brother-in-law Henry Simmons. She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Harris; her son-in-law Joel Harris; her grandchildren, Jessika Cave (Robert Cave), Caleb Harris (Morgan Harris) and Megan Adams; her great grandchildren, Amelia, Juliette Harris and Sawyer Cave; her siblings, Letha Golden and Ronnie Sparks (Loretta Sparks); and her daughter-in-law Christy Swaim Clark (Tommy Clark). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Union Baptist Church (2038 Traphill Union Rd, Traphill, NC 28685). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at the same location.
