He was predeceased by : his sister Elizabeth Estelle Billings. He is survived by : his father Lester Billings; his son William Paul Billings, Jr. of Traphill; his mother Dolly Billings of Traphill; his siblings, Bobby Lee Billings (Pamela) of Traphill, Wayne Billings (Courtney) of Raleigh and Phyllis Myers (Jimmy) of Traphill; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Billings, Jacob Billings, Steven Myers, Amber Myers, Brody Billings, Abigail Billings, Hannah Billings, Payton Billings, Taylor Billings and Avery Billings.
