He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Billings and Leona Shepherd Billings; and his brother Arnold Devon Billings. He is survived by : his wife Sheree Jones Billings; his son Marty Lee Billings (Wendy) of State Road; his grandchildren, Megan Lee Billings (Derrick Absher) of North Wilkesboro, Emma Brooke Jolly of State Road, Brayson Lee Church of Thurmond and Briley Lera Church of Thurmond; his great grandchildren, Maelee K'Lynn Absher of North Wilkesboro and Ethan Hughston Absher of North Wilkesboro; his brother Charles Ray Billings (Shirley) of Traphill; and his sister-in-law Ellie Billings of Traphill.
