He is survived by: his family, Edna Parrott, Angelina Parrott and Seleena Parrott; his pets, Hook, Jack and Toby; his father Franklin Parrott Sr.; and his brother Frankie Parrott, Jr.. He is also survived by his wife, children.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Garner Funeral Home (209 W Peyton Ave, Kinston, NC 28501). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at the Westview Cemetery (917 Cleveland Dr, Kinston, NC 28504).
