He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Stilley and Dolly Stilley; and his siblings, Donald and Kathy. He is survived by: his wife Helen Stilley; his son Joe Stilley (Megan); his grandchildren, Tyler and Sadie Grace; his daughter Susan Whitfield (Chris); his grandchildren, Courtney (Tanner) and Elizabeth Jo; and his siblings, Samuel Stilley and Rhonda Faulkner.
