She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Bender Sr. and Delzora Bender. She is survived by: her daughter Victoria Loftin Tune of Mansfield, TX; and her siblings, Mattie Jerkins of Trenton, NC, Lillian Jones of Trenton, NC, Shirley Mae Flowers of Trenton, NC, Pearlie Mae Murrell of Pollocksville, NC, Charles Bender of East Orange, NJ and Carl Bender Jr. of Brooklyn, NY. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
