He is survived by : his wife Judy Merritt Hooker; his children, Cindy Hooker Edwards (Keith Edwards) and Joel Hooker (Rose Hooker); his grandsons, Alex Hooker and Joshua Barnes; his siblings, Doris, Shirley, Howard, Bobby, Totsy, Perry and Jerry; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
