He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kemp Plummer, Sr. and Elsie Julian Plummer; his sister Joan Hanner; his grandson Mark Baumgartner; and his son-in-law Eddie Billings.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Davis Plummer; his children, Lynn Baumgartner, Kris Billings and R. Kemp Plummer III (Nicole); his siblings, Gwen Davis, Sue Cocke and Dr. Ronald Plummer; and his grandchildren, Avery Plummer and Taylor Keenan (Robert). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
