She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Lackey and Maude Lackey of Stony Point, NC.. She is survived by : her siblings, Lackey Reunions, L. V. Head, Eloise Hayes, Marie West, Vera Adams, Rozella West, Hazel McCurdy, Harlee, Hueston, James, Austin, Donald, Buck Lackey, Ruth Walker (Miller), Waitsell Lackey (Donnie) and Grover (Jenny Lackey); her husband Tommy; her daughters, Charlotte Hemmings (Danny) and Linda Allen (David); her grandchildren, Brette Hemmings (Jimmy Nielsen), Nick Allen (Anna), Ryan Allen (Melissa) and Dylan Allen; and her great grandchildren, Nadia, Jackson, Levi, Finley Grace and Rue Loren. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces.
