She is survived by: her husband John Austin Welborn; her daughter Deborah Welborn Haynes (Ray) of Trinity; her siblings, Bascom Kinley (Jackie) of Lexington, Clarence Kinley, Jr. (Rebecca) of Lexington, Judith Loftin of Thomasville and Carol Sigmon of Lexington; her grandchildren, Bradley Haynes, Whitney Welborn and Kylie Welborn; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Haynes, Brady Hardy and Braxton Hardy; Glenda Green (Curtis) of Lexington.
