He was predeceased by : his sister Mary Francis Wyatt of Tazwell, VA. He is survived by : his daughters, Mary Ann Harl (David) of Trinity and Gail Miller (Daniel) of Thomasville; his grandchildren, Jaime Starkweather (Casey), Kimberley Harl (Kendra) and Jennifer Harl; and his great grandchildren, Cora, Emma and Levi Starkweather.
