She was predeceased by: her parents, Dexton Oxendine and Esteree Maynor Oxendine; her former husband Walter Fox; and her daughters, Michelle Fox and Angela Bryson.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Ray; her daughter Christine Steffey (Burley); her stepchildren, Chris Ray, Erica Robinson and Chastidy Johnson; and her sister Marie Baker. She is also survived by four grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren, and two step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the J. C. Green & Sons Funeral Home (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jc Green and Sons Chapel (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360).
