It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clay V. Sink in Trinity, North Carolina, who passed away on May 14, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Sidney L. Sink, Sr. and Winnie Burke Sink; his siblings, Hazel Dorsett, Ethel Myers, Josephine Bowen, Helen Bowen, Ruth Cooper, Mary Spradlin, George, Lee and Ransom Sink; and his close friend Carolyn Langford.

He is survived by : his close friends, Henry Kaiser, Gino Iasiello, Richard Vangermeersch, Jane Stich and David Buckanavage; and his caregiver Jeffery Locklear. He is also survived by many family members, including numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Friedberg Moravian Church (2178 Friedberg Church Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27127). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (3250 High Point Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27107).

Memorial contributions may be made to the Clay V. Sink Internship Endowment for Business Students at Univ. of Rhode Island or to any other professional, charitable, or religious organization of one's choosing.
