He was predeceased by: his parents, Maude Bean Woods and Harley Franklin Woods; his wife Becky; and his siblings, Mary Wike, Kat Teague, Glenna Combs, Ned Bean, Joe Woods and Jimmy Woods.
He is survived by: his son Nick Woods of Hickory; and his sister Phyllis Minton (Gary) of Sawmills. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the West Hickory Baptist Church (40 12th St NW, Hickory, NC 28601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
