He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Simmons (Samuel) of Haw River, Stacy Pulaski (Johnnie) of Trinity and Heather Vineyard (Mark) of Kernersville; and his grandchildren, Bailee Vineyard, Alby Parrish (Koleby), Dalton Vineyard, Josey Pulaski and Scotlyn Pulaski.
