With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Thomas Sutton of Trinity, North Carolina, who passed away on March 8, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Daniel Sutton and Mavis Clara Bloomer Sutton; and his siblings, Kenneth Wayne Sutton, Margaret Sutton Holder and Ruth Sutton Idol.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Coddington; his daughter Ann Fitzgerald (Chris) of Trinity; his grandson Ayden Fitzgerald; his brother-in-law Lane Idol; and his nephew Joel Lane Idol, Jr..
