She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Robert Theodore Hambrick Sr. and Josephine Lyerly Hambrick; her brother Robert Theodore Hambrick Jr.; and her sister-in-law Suzanne Hafer Hambrick. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Robert Theodore Hambrick, III (Laura) of Cartersville, Virginia and Margaret Hambrick Glaze (Gene); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jackson Seitz Hambrick of Hickory, NC, Gaither Lee Hambrick of Hickory, NC, Catherine Wallace Glaze of Hickory, NC, Mac Lyerly Glaze of Boone and Wilson Robert Glaze of Boone; her cousins, William King (Gloria) of Seattle and Anne Boyer (Hugh) of Chapel Hill; and her niece Janet Seitz Hambrick.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (339 2nd Ave NW, Hickory, NC 28601).
