He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Luther Weeks and Elsie Brown Weeks; and his sister Nancy Ashby. He is survived by : his wife Stella Marie Cook Weeks; his children, Corbin Weeks (Sara) of Trinity and Gina Prevost (Ben) of Trinity; his brother Rev. David Weeks, Sr. (Carolyn) of Fayetteville; his grandsons, Landon Weeks and Lucas Prevost; and his siblings-in-law, Calvin Ashby and Crissie Harmon.
