He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. Hinshaw, Sr. and Alma Shelton Hinshaw; and his brothers, Tommy Wiley, Jr. and Floyd Hinshaw. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Manring; and his daughters, Linda Streetman (Scott) of Sunset Beach, NC and Traci Paige Moore (Kevin) of Seymour, TN. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
