He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel P. Napier Sr. and Jacqueline Ross Napier; his siblings, Samuel P. Napier, Jr. (Barbara) of Tiltonsville, OH, Stephen Napier (Anita) of Trinity and Suzanne O'Daniel of Memphis, TN; his siblings' children, Danielle Ammons, Richard Shore, Jessica Edmonds, Stephany Champy, Samuel P. Napier III, Jonathan Napier, Casey O'Daniel and Martin Dolan; and his sister Sandra Taylor.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cumby Family Funeral Service (206 Trindale Rd, Archdale, NC 27263). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at 10415 S Main St, Archdale, NC 27263.
