It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Hendley Trotter of Trinity, North Carolina, who passed away on June 15, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Sheila Hendley leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Sheila Hendley may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. Hendley and Mildred Burchett Hendley; and her siblings, Betty Diane Jackson, Thomas Michael Hendley, Tony Dale Hendley and Billy Hendley.
She is survived by: her husband Wesley Trotter; her brother Ricky Hendley (Kay); and her stepson Wesley James Trotter (Michelle) of Havelock.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Baptist Church (2984 Rob Cruthis Rd, Archdale, NC 27263). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
