He was predeceased by : his parents, Wiley Bethel Gatlin and Pauline Sutphin Gatlin; and his sister Connie Diane Gatlin. He is survived by : his sister Ruth Inman; his niece Carolyn McKinney (Wayne); his great-niece Heather Abshire (Billy); and his great-nephews, Dustin Ellis (Colleen), Zackery Kitchin and Samuel Kitchin.
