He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Horsley and Eurseline Horsley (Cox). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Horsley; his children, Jennifer Smith (Daniel) and Eric Horsley (Amanda); his grandson Landon Walker; his brother Gary Horsley; and his niece Megan Horsley.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Calendar Lewisville United Methodist Church (6290 Shallowford Rd, Lewisville, NC 27023). A reception was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to a charity of choice.
