She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Orville Thomas and Lillian Mae Booth Thomas; her husband Thomas Cook; her children, John "Bo" Talbert and Barbara; and her brother Tommy Thomas.

She is survived by : her great grandchildren, Matthew, Bailey, Charlie, Lili and Evan; and her great great grandchild Naomi.
