He was predeceased by: his parents, Dayle Nash Lipe and Vernell Elmore Lipe. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hollifield Lipe; his children, Mason Hollifield, Cole Lipe and Kendell Lipe (Kevin); and his siblings, Perry Suttle and Lori Loughrey (Pete).
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Troutman Funeral Home (345 N Main St, Troutman, NC 28166). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
