She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cartell Starks and Zette Mae Reid Starks; and her son-in-law Calvin Robertson. She is survived by: her husband Rudolph Connor; her stepson Robert Calton Robertson; her children, Maurice Saddler, Bishop Michael Saddler (Pearl), Barbara Ann Saddler, Teverious Starks Robertson, Stephanie Starks and Carmen Lineberger; her sisters, Mary Starks and Dorothy Ijames; her granddaughter Latasha Starks; and her close friends, Gwen Spain (Cale) and Della Davidson Norman (William). She is also survived by her caregiver; grand children, fifteen great grandchildren, Great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Zion Wesley AME Zion Church. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 5:45 PM at the Zion Wesley AME Zion Church Cemetery.
