He is survived by: his son Jacob Parks Johnson (Dana Johnson); his siblings, Mike Johnson (Debbie), Alan Johnson (Sharon), Linda Wilson (Dale) and Kim Johnson (Steve); his aunt Martha Gaylord; his uncle Tommy Sharpe; his siblings' children, Erin Hutchens (Patrick), Stephanie Shaw (Chris), Josh Wilson (Stacey), Adrian Johnson (Autumn) and Bradley Johnson (Lauren); and his pet Buster.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Johnson Family Farm (754 Ostwalt Amity Rd, Troutman, NC 28166).
