It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert Lynn Mitchell of Troutman, North Carolina, who passed away on August 3, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Mitchell and Bell Jewell Mitchell. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Geiger Mitchell; his children, Brian Mitchell, Michelle McCrary (Brandon) and Gina Walsh (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Tanya (Joel), Dana (Justin), Dillion, Jacob (Gabby), Hunter (Kelli) and Bracken; his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Eli, Mila, Asher, Kaisley and Kailand; and his siblings, Doug Mitchell (Betty), Fran Tucker, Leon Mitchell and Sandy Kelley.
