She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pfahler and Catherine Lotz Pfahler; her husband Patrick O'Brien; and her sister Carol Houghton. She is survived by: her children, Keith Heilner (Karen), Cathleen Bajek (Jon) of Troutman, NC and Susan Kaintz (William) of Concord, NC. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
