He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Baker Leonard; his sons, James R. Leonard (Michelle) of Troutman, NC, Stephen R. Leonard of Troutman, NC and Roy D. Leonard (Barbie) of Apple Grove, WV; his grandchildren, Trenton (Jill) of Apple Grove, WV, Alisha of Apple Grove, WV, Ashley (Daniel) and Alex (Jessica); his stepgrandchildren, Aaron and Jennifer (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Ethan, Eve, Asher, Caroline and Elora; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Liam, Lyndon, Raeanne and Roux; and his sisters, Grace Fetty of Huntington, WV and Sarah Bush of Huntington, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family members.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mount Union Church (19268 Jerrys Run Rd, Fraziers Bottom, WV 25082). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
