He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Andrew Sipes and Essie Burns Sipes; his wife Nancy Waugh Sipes; and his son Ronnie Eugene Sipes. He is survived by: his son Wesley (Carol); his grandchildren, Heather Baldwin (Steve), Chris Sipes (Amber) and Justin Sipes (Elizabeth); his great grandchildren, Luke, Hunter Baldwin, Chloe, Kerrigan, Harper, Parker and Lincoln Sipes; and his sister Laverne Boynton of Idaho.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gordon Hospice House or Diamond Hill Baptist Church.
