It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jo Ann Kistler (Troutman, North Carolina), born in Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on June 22, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Allen Saylor and Lila Mae Bowen Saylor; her husbands, Kent Holcomb, Bob A. Jones and Bobby G. Kistler; her siblings, Ethel Mae Saylor Callaway (Wade), James Allen Saylor (Hazel) and George Franklin Saylor (Faye); her siblings' children, Carolyn Petty Agner (Larry), William Allen Petty and Joe Henry Saylor; and her pet Carly.
She is survived by: her close friend Earl Creed; her children, Marvin Kent Holcomb II (Deborah) and Kendra Ann Holcomb (Sheila); her grandchildren, Lauren Olivia Holcomb, Lillian Quinn Holcomb, Jared, Faith, Gabe Maksoud, Stephen Nemec and Rachael Taylor; and her pet Baby. She is also survived by her loving nieces and cousins.
