It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Holmes (Troutman, North Carolina), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on November 30, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Bill Holmes; and her siblings, Doris Thomas and Donald Allen Jr.. She is survived by : her sons, William Jr. (Gail) of Parkesburg, PA and Michael (Hilary) of Moseley, VA.; her son-in-law Larry; and her children, Laurie Smith (Don) of Safford, AZ and Andrea Sievers (Larry) of Troutman, NC. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and God only knows how many great-grandchildren.
