He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Knox Jones; and his siblings, Mary Lois Vanderburg (William), Elaine Vanderburg, Earnestine Young, Freddie Jones, Raymond Jones (Vanessa), Willette Bowry (Jason), Alfreda McClain, Larry McIntosh (Mary), Sheila Reid (William) and Karen McIntosh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Church (1037 Cornelius Rd, Mooresville, NC 28117). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Paul Church at the Lake Cemetery (1037 Cornelius Rd, Mooresville, NC 28117).
