She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald Alexander Hoover and Mary Ida Benfield Hoover; her husband Clayton Gardner Mills; and her siblings, Osborne, Voight Hoover, Hazel Mills, Ruby Stewart, Virginia Jenkins and Karee "Peg" Laws.
She is survived by: her stepsisters, Lottie Smith, Willie Malcolm and Hattie Hoover; her daughter-in-law Linda; her granddaughters, Jenny Mills Bowers (Johnny), Mandy Mills Lattimore (Bucky) and Sarah Elaine Mills (Stephen Hyde); her great grandchild Mason William Pennell; Audrey Laine Lattimore, Sadie Grace Lattimore and Will Pennell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, as well as cousins.
