She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonie Pennell and Claudia Weddington Pennell. She is survived by: her children, Heather Bumgarner and Andrew Bumgarner; her grandchildren, Jaelan Mills, Tyler Mills and Keylan Mills; and her siblings, Betty Wagner, Mona Pennell, Marsha Tomlin and Gary Pennell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
