He is survived by: his children, Teresa Beaver, Jeffrey McDaniels (Lorie) and Cynthia Russ (Dodd); his grandsons, Jeffrey McDaniels II and Jordan Poe; and his sisters, Brenda Steele, Dorothy McDaniels and June Starnes (Andy).
