He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Peske of Missouri and Lauren Hausch of Durham; his siblings, Jack Simmons of Summerville, SC, Rebecca Crayton of Troy, Shirley Britt of Lexington and Pat Lowder of Albemarle; and his grandson Caleb Peske.
