He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearly Sylvester Hurley and Mary Beane Hurley; his wife Helen Rose Harvell Hurley; and his daughter Kathy Lowder. He is survived by: his sons, Doug Hurley (Debbie) of Raleigh, Harold Hurley (Yvonne) of Troy and Darrell Hurley (Pam) of Troy. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
